New article entitled "Implementing landslide path dependency in landslide susceptibility modelling ", by Jalal Samia (Wageningen University), Arnaud Temme (Kansas State University, University of Colorado), Arnold K. Bregt (Wageningen University), Jakob Wallinga (Wageningen University), John Stuiver (Wageningen University), Fausto Guzzetti (CNR IRPI), Francesca Ardizzone (CNR IRPI) and Mauro Rossi (CNR IRPI) published on Landslides journal. Recent results achieved by the MORFEO project in the analysis of ground deformation caused by the 6 April 2009 earthquake in the Abruzzo Region, central Italy are on the main web pages of the Italian Department for Civil Protection (www.protezionecivile.it) and of the Italian Space Agency (www.asi.it). Our group coordinates the scientific activities carried out within the MORFEO project, of the Italian Space Agency.

On 23 August 2009, the paper by Guzzetti F. & Reichenbach P. "Rockfalls and their hazard" was accepted for publication in the book edited by Stoffel M., Bollschweiler M., Butler D.R. & Luckman B.H. entitled "Tree Rings and Natural Hazards". This is a book for the Advances in Global Change Research Series, Springer.

 

On 13 July 2009 we resubmitted the paper Guzzetti F. & Reichenbach P. Rock falls and their hazard. The paper is for possible publication on the book edited by Stoffel M., Bollschweiler M., Butler D.R. & Luckman B.H. and entitled "Tree Rings and Natural Hazards".
